The group currently has its Headquarter in South Africa and branches in some countries within Africa continent such as: Malawi etc. Further are currently on the way into other countries within the Africa continent such as: Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia & Ghana etc. And other continents such as North & South America, Australia, Asia. Our currently active companies are:

- DataMat Consults and Projects Limited Malawi was established in 2015
- DataMat Consults and Projects Limited Nigeria was established in 2015
- DataMat Distribution Limited Botwana was established in 2016
